Yes. Usually eggs with some type of bread/toast (like naan, rye, ciabatta, etc.) or a protein smoothie/shake. Other times I eat oatmeal, cereal, or just fruit.

I eat breakfast just about every morning, typically a bowl of cereal with almond milk, cup of coffee and glass of orange juice. Sometimes I'll have an egg sandwich instead of the cereal.

I never really did till a few years ago. I find breakfast the most important meal.. because it fuels you all day.. I usually do egg whites ( with some veggies, a litre of water, and some type of berries if I have)
