
Do You Eat Breakfast Daily?


Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Look at the name break-fast. It means to break your fast. So theoretically whatever your first meal of the day is, is breakfast. Even if it is at 11:59pm (23:59).
So every day I eat anything, I eat breakfast 😉
Yeah. Usually really light though. Coffee and an avocado or one Or two hard boiled eggs At 530 am. Then a proper meal at around 1130.
Yes! Unless I wake up too late. I read that research has proven that eating breakfast on a daily basis helps weight in the long-run, so I do my best to stick to it
Nope, I don't buy breakfast foods. If I'm even up during breakfast time I'm probably eating dinner leftovers.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day ! 8 eggs, black olives, some greek yogurt, white cheese and a nice BCAA shake to wash it down... mmmmm... bodybuilding..
I fast everyday until around 2pm.. so no breakfast for me. Once or twice a month ill get up early and have a cheat day and hit IHOP for a stack of cakes and eggs.
I try to. We have a local pub that serves amazing breakfast. I go to the gym early and try to get something there on my way to work.
Even if it is only a slice of bread with cheese on it that I eat on my way to the train I do eat breakfast every day.

sulk probably lol. it always gets better. i have some really violent mood swings and ill be down for a few weeks then for a couple days im really really energetic and motivated and i can literally do anything i set my mind to within the span of 20 minutes until one of those days (usually day 3 or 4) i crash hella hard and pass out. then i wake up completely fine and go on about the next couple months or so like nothing even happened
