Long story but I’m underweight. I have issues eating due to anxiety. End February I stopped eating solid foods as I choked. April I was 84 lbs went down to 80. I was told my stomach shrunk & I barley cud eat anything then on blended food diet. May I choked on liquids food got red purple suffocating face, was bad time & my diet was only mashed potatoes 3 months. Still ate less & blended stuff & stomach still shrunk. June began to eat bread with penut butter daily, & 2nd ensure daily. Then had 4 days I began eat few pieces of pasta in morning. But had stomach issues got sick if I tried eat more have normal portions, bad reflux hiccups saliva drooling, belly tightness. Nutristionist said I only ate 1,000 calories n needs be 1,500. Now end of June I shed more weight & barley have 2 days where I hav less stomach issues no pain, I hav to eat slow small portions every hour though.My legs have no fat at all & lost weight on thighs butt, calves , my size 0 pants fall don’t fit. My hipbones stick out. Today I plan change diet. Eat mini sausage patty with half piece bread with butter & penut butter daily for breakfast 9am. Before that 5am drink an ensure then 6:30 eat a baby food like in pear or banana as I don’t eat fruit never. for Snack 11 noon cake, then lunch 1-2pm will try half piece bread again & half mashed avacado, maybe another mini sausage patty. Whole week I can switch to chicken leg for lunch with buttermilk ranch for lunch. Maybe 4pm try small side of beans. Then 5-6pm drink a 2nd ensure but usually only able finish half as I get full. I can scarf down big meal as I get sick & stomach backed up makes me not able eat rest of day. i need help.
