Just keep eating small portions like you've been doing and maybe very slowly, gradually increasd your food intake. Your stomach needs time to recover and you'll need time to reach a normal weight again. As for the reflux, make sure you get that checked.
You have to do something about the anxiety. See a psychiatrist. You're already eating what you can so I think you should also focus on your mental state. I'm not underweight but I've found out that when I eat large meals my body develops some negative symptoms, so I have to eat several smaller meals throughout the day to feel better. Sometimes I fail but I never give up completely. You should keep doing what gives you results and increase your weight gradually. It's impossible to gain so much weight fast.

You look fine to me, but I would suggest not overeating. Gaining weight fast is not a good thing regardless of the reason. Diet and exercise is the way to do it. Exercise trains your body to use stored fat for energy. For those struggling to lose weight this is how the lose it, but if you are struggling to gain weight this also trains your body to store a little fat in the first place.
But dont eat unhealthy food. Still have a balanced diet, with perhaps slightly larger portions.if you start exercising with the intend to add a bit of muscle mass. your body will need and crave more intake. don't have to try to put on a crazy amount of muscle. could just aim to tone up and define your body more.
Calisthenics can be done at home or gym and are a good starting point.

Smoothies and soups. I mean some people r naturally skinny so don’t force it, but try and get your gut biome in order. Id recommend cutting out meat, switching to legumes and such. Pasta is a great way to get lots of calories. Yogurt is good for the stomach and easy to eat.
