I eat 2 snacks a day, 2-3 meals a day. I count calories and adds up to 1,000 to 1,200 calories not counting the drinks. I’m on a budget & broke til 2 more wks paid so I can only afford my 3 meals a day & 2-3 snacks a day. I eat fatty foods so I don't know why my calories add up so low. I don't know how much I weight but sleeping daily 1-2 hours due to working 9.30 half hours 6 days a wk. Trouble sleeping more at night. I’ve always been skinny like a stick due to dads genetics I hav no meat on legs or arms. Only fat on belly or face. I ate no breakfast today as I woke up late. So lunch 2 chicken tacos with green sauce, dinner Mac n cheese, snacks, cheesecake one slice and one slice of cake. all week making oatmeal with banana or Turkey cheese sanwdhich with. butter. How can I add more calories to 2,000 a day? I can’t afford buy those meal supplement shakes as they are expensive $12 just for 6 bottles. I buy them each week & this week taking a break not buying that shit.
Drink a lot of high fructose corn syrup beverages. Most calorie overconsumption is from sugary drunks. Although calories alone don't trigger weight gain (like stupid people like to believe) because calories are different, distribute to different parts of the body, and eating too many calories in meat, for example, will have different effects than eating too many calories in dairy or sugars. Dairy goes to your chest (causing bigger boobs in women and manboobs in men), and sugars go to your ass, and the worst ones are carbs, which go straight to your stomach. But meats don't really cause much weight gain, hence why such things as Keto diets exist. But most drinks with high calories are sugary, so you can gain a lot of weight from that, but it might give you a sloppy ass.
