Not sustainable. it's recommended for one to two pounds a week for a reason. Ignoring the slow and steady method is the method that usually sticks, but when that deprived, the body will pull calories from anywhere, including vital organs. It will NOT target just fat first. Potassium, calcium, and protein that are all needed for nerve and muscle function get pulled from bones, organs, and the heart. You might be able to keep up with your desired rate for a little bit, but remember that many victims of anorexia nervosa have skeletal and cardiovascular system of a much older person. Ya run the risk of dying young with a reckless diet.
You can in the beginning, but as you lose weight the rate will decrease as you lose more weight. Our bodies are designed to resist weight loss.
Yaa definitely!! I could suggest u a small tip which I had used to lose weight early.. so with the exercise you do everyday.. do remember to keep your diet in check.. because many people I have observed till now, exercise a lot but fail to maintain a good diet so they unfortunately gain weight in the long run even if they excersice a lot. So its better to be cautious about food. U can eat everything (whatever u like ) but less in quantity that would help you... I think
That's not at all safe to do, safe loss is like 3 pounds a week. You're going to put yourself in the hospital.

2lbs a day is unsustainable. You would have to burn roughly 7,000 calories a day. If you run at a minimum pace of 6 miles per hour, you would have to run for around 11 hours. If you eat anything or lets say 1200cal you would have to tack on an additional 2 hours for a total of 13 hours. If you ran at 10 miles per hour you would still have to run for 7 hours..
Absolutely I lost 70 lbs. Then a few years later developed hypothyroidism. And put some of it back on but after being put on levothyroxine I've been able to take it back off. Even with a slow thyroid.
I'm sure you know about diet and exercise so I won't bore you with that. But what I will say what i learned in my weight loss is QUALITY sleep is crucial. You can eat right and exercise but if you're not getting good sleep your body will fight you tooth and nail.
Good luck!
Speaking as someone who focused on wight all through highschool it's not easy to lose weight cinsistently unless you don't mind being moderately unhealthy. If you mind that I can tell you how best to do it. The challenge is reaching your goal weight and maintaining it.
You could try for 2 lbs a week that would be 8 lbs a month if you can lose more, I wish you luck, I am trying to reach your goal but it's tough
No that is incredibly unhealthy and not maintainable
Yeah. At least to a certain time. Just do OMAD or eat sub 800 cals a day. No you ain't gonna die. Also do some cardio
Just take it one day at a time. extreme perfectionism isn't a healthy mind set.
that is not the way to lose weight. It is 2 pounds a week max.
depends on if you have internal knowledge of your metabolism
A person can sit their goals and achieve them.
Only drink a pitcher of sweet tea (not too sweet)
Yes, but you need to put a plan into place
