Day 2 on my weight loss journey and already down 8lbs! Any advice?

This is so motivating to see and the most I've ever dropped in two days. Following a very strict keto diet with only eating one meal a day and an exercise regimen.

Any tips on how to subdue the hunger pangs during the morning and at night? I only eat at around 12pm.

Lots of people say that you have to feel the hunger in order to lose weight but I'm struggling with that. But I have a long way to go. Like over 100lbs to go so I need to just suck it up and keep at it right?
