It is possible but probably not as easy as you think. You are going to have to exercise your butt off quite literally and change diet. Just make sure you are doing it safely and not some radical diet plan. Avoid things like processed foods. You wanna do lots of cardio or HIIT like exercise. Remember that replacing fat with muscle actually weighs more. Other thing is to drink lots of water and cut back on salty foods.

Yes. I have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. It's certainly doable but you have to really cut back on your portions/calories to do it. I would suggest calorie counting if you are going to do it. Try Myfitnesspal app. It is a great tool in helping you achieve that goal.
it really depends on your current weight. If you are obese then you certainly can lose 10 pounds of water weight in 2 weeks. I have done it before. If you are slightly overweight then i doubt it and it'd not a good idea to starve yourself that can lead to anemia and being more vulnerable to diseases.
Yes. But is it healthy? No. You put your health at risk. Ideally 2 lbs I believe a week is what the medical industry says is healthy. You could cut it by water weight alone, but again not healthy. Dehydrating yourself.
