Lol i mean you can tell me how is my daily "what i eat in a day".
I'm about 5 feet 8.9 inches and currently underweight at 106 pounds. I've been trying. I've a sedentary job but do a little walking on weekends usuually, of couese besides going aroujd my house.
In the past i tried to do weight training but my appetite wasn't big enough or not enough calories so i lost weight.
Im adding photos of my body and an examplw of what i eat in a day.
My breakfast for dinner (a light meal) is usually bread with egg or whatver is available like cheese. Recently i use nutella.
Sometimes i snack... i may eat a brownie but sweets full me so i can't eat much with 3 meals... some days i eat 4 meals rarely.
I need easy ways to improve. High calorie thibgs that dont full my belly much. What do you think of my current eating habits.
I get very sick if i dont eat and when hungry.
