Will I Gain Weight From Eating Only Once Or Twice A Day?

I started working at McDonalds a week ago and have only been eating once to twice a day, I have chronic fatigue so when I come home I usually take a nap then wake up at night for a bit and sleep again when I can. Basically I wake up, skip breakfast because i have a highly sensitive stomach in the morning, go to work, don't eat or drink there (I usually work 5 to 7 hours) then I get my free meal and come home to eat it. Its a burger, medium fries and a soda. After about 30 minutes or so I take a nap, I try to avoid napping right after eating. When I wake up I'll sometimes eat something else around the house but I usually just don't eat anything else because I'm not even hungry. I'm not intentionally trying to eat so little, I just don't feel hungry. How unhealthy is this and will I eventually start gaining weight if I continue to do this?
