I use a medicinal amount of rosé or white (in emergency) to detox from chemical exposure, ironically. Works pretty well.
I was triggered by chemical exposure back in 08. Now if have walked through a tire/laundry soap section of a store, or similar such as the bug man sprays my neighbors yard (like two days ago- had my windows open and didn’t know until it started). I react pretty badly.
Through a longer story, learned taking a small amount asap getting home, and for a few days after, stops and reverses the lingering reactions.

Most definitely! I enjoy other forms of alcohol as well, but mine is fairly common, especially with the other gals in the neighborhood.

I usually drink a glass of red wine before bed, and I can enjoy a cool glass of white wine on a warm night. If I'm out at a bar or restaurant I rarely will order wine though.
