I know nothing about rib sauce but i do know that the best ribs I have ever eaten was in San Antonio, Texas, on, I believe, what is called the River Walk.

There is a local barbecue chain called "Bono's Barbecue" and they have one particular location that has moist, tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs that are the world's best!

I cook ribs about everyday. They are baby back ribs. I personally like them in Carolina gold sauce.
