Occasionally when I make scrambled eggs I’ll accidentally get a piece of egg shell in the mix but it doesn’t bother me the egg shells made out of calcium which is actually good for everybody. Also you can put eggshells in your garbage disposal and will clean your garbage disposal because it’s extremely abrasive

Not very often but it has happened several times. My wife made a meatloaf once and she knew it was there but forgot to take it out. When she realized, she tried looking for the shell but couldn't find it. When she makes a meatloaf she makes a 7Lb meatloaf.

Yup! I HATE it, but it's an EXCELLENT source of calcium carbonate (about 94%) with small amounts of magnesium carbonate, calcium phosphate and other organic matter, including protein!
