I have gone through various phases but have always loved chips. Salt 'n Vinegar for a while (kettle chips, nice and thick.) Then plain and thin. Now I'm on ripple, medium thick, and I make up my own vegetable dip. Love these at night before dinner, as it's bubbling on the stove.

It depends on my mood. I like salt and vinegar (more for the vinegar) Used to like ranch, but it’s been a while since I craved them. Had a regular kick for a while during the hottest part of summer. This week have fancies organic blue chips. Sometimes with cheese and side sauce, sometimes plain. Might get some today now. 😎

I am currently into the finger chips or french fries. They are really amazing. Hard on the outside with brownish texture, but soft on the inside. Although with much more oil than a simple simply salted potato chip. But with salt and a bit of chilly powder and a good amount of mixing time, the fries are the best for me.

Definitely cheaper than McDonald's.
