It depends on what has me upset but usually more. I'll take a deep breath and seek out a cookie. If it's near a meal time, it will adversely affect my choices and instead of a salad, it might be a cheeseburger and French fries.
I think a bit less, as it kind of acts like an appetite destroyer, like @SecretsofKB mentioned.
Less. Stress destroys any appetite I may have. There were times in college I had to force myself to eat even though I wasn't hungry.
I eat so much anyway. Even when i am happy hahahha

I usually have no appetite when I'm upset.
I eat more and it is junk food too.
I eat less when I'm upset or stressed out.
