you ever have the peas, carrots and corn trio that is hard to scoop up? mashed potatoes are a perfect way to combine them and scoop them up. other than that, i've done it with tv dinners. it's always watery mashed potatoes and corn as the sides. still good

It makes the mashed potatoes taste better. But I usually have green beans with my dinner every night. I add spices to my mashed potatoes to give'em a lot more flavor.
