



Corn. Flour's an old-world plant; it makes an acceptable substitute, but corn is what they were originally designed around, and to my mind, it makes for a better flavor profile with most things usually served in tortillas. I'm willing to accept that there are things that would be better in flour ones, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.
And as you might suspect from that, I like my tacos crunchy.
Soft usually, and corn is the only correct answer
Soft AND corn doesn’t work for me. Ell oh ell! I definitely prefer flour soft and corn crunchy.
