Like bruh, what you cook this thing in?
Hmm so I was notorious with my orthodontics for breaking my braces in my sleep. No idea how I did this but I broke the wires every time, when I first had braces I broke them within 3 days. This went on for several weeks and they kept providing a reinforced wire. Eventually I guess the wire was strong enough I couldn't break it.
Turned out it was from me grinding my teeth in my sleep, I pretty much done this all my life, I don't know how often I do it. all I know is to this day it's still an issue
So it's not uncommon for me to wake up with an aching jaw it happens from time to time.
The only upside to this is I'm accostumed to it and it really takes a lot for me to feel it in my jaw now.

Lmao i almost said the wrong thing
My mother always believed that meat should always be well done, which meant chewing it is difficult, and sometimes jaw-hurting. It wasn't until I was in college that I learned that medium or medium-rare meat tastes better, is better for you (well-done destroys much of the nutrients) and is easier to chew.
Ostrich meat is really, really tough. And those birds are hella mean.
