I wake up at 10:30 and I don’t really eat proper breakfast.. I move straight to lunch, so I have that at around 10.50am.
Then I eat what I take to work at around 6pm and once I get home I don’t always eat, I sometimes do.
And on a weekend, when I’m off, I wake up between 11pm-1pm and cook a big lunch and have that. Then I’ll eat again at maybe around 7-8pm. I may even eat inbetween.
My eating is so inconsistent, is it actually bad to eat anytime, from what I researched, it is bad.
If you worked 12pm-8pm what would your eating be like?
