I’m on a high protein low carb diet so I’ll sometimes or a burger without the bun, and I always think to myself.. it’s like a smaller version of ordering meatloaf.. lol I’m more of a gravy and mushroom fan if I do.. *num num num*

One of my favorites. I sometimes do it on the smoker, low and slow in a loaf pan. Gives it extra flavor and add the glaze towards the end.

It's weird, I hated meatloaf as a kid, but I like it as an adult. I guess my standards have slipped since then. 😂 But seriously, when it's seasoned right it can be tasty. I don't have it often, but I also like to make sandwiches with the leftovers too. Take a couple slices of some nice fresh bread, add a healthy cut of meatloaf to it and smear on a mixture of mayo and Bullseye steak sauce with some fresh ground pepper. It's a little sweet, savoury and smokey. I honestly like it that way even more.
