Red Bull or Monster Ultra

I cut them out completely from 2 months and went to hospital with a heart condition continued for 3 months of monitoring and medication then went to the occasional one or two a week

In the restaurant, I'd offer drink equal to 6-7 in a day plus a double espresso, once drank 18 that was too much caffeine

Water. So called energy drinks are the worst thing in the world to drink. Having a beer would be better
