Yes. I only buy bio/organic meat and cheese and these are rather expensive. Once I had three or four packages that showed mold two days later, so I returned them. No problems.

Yes, several times. Most recently I returned some pudding cups that had mold on them when I opened them. I received a refund and a coupon for future purchases.

No, but we should've one time. I once got a macaroni or pasta salad from the deli that had lots of hairs in it.

Yes. I find expired food all the time. Now I'm careful about checking the dates before leaving the store.

My cousin did that before. We were on a road trip and bought a bunch of Hungry Men for the hotel, but didn't eat two of them, so he returned them the next morning. They actually took them and gave him his money back

yes but only when something was wrong with it. like expiration date or mold.

I purchased a block of cheese yesterday at the grocery store. I noticed it had gone modly on the bottom when I was loading my groceries into my car, so I went back inside and returned it.

How long did you purchase said item? Had it gone bad?

Shredded Parmesan cheese. When I opened it next day, it had mold in it.
They took it back, no questions asked, refunded my money and gave me a new for free.
It is a locally owned grocery store and they take tremendous pride in their business.
Slightly more priced than the chain grocery stores but worth it!
