Do you like veiny ones?

They come in all shapes and size, and there's hard and soft ones, veined and smooth. Like most girls I enjoy that creamy salty finish.

But I know people can be divided on veiny cheese. I like a good stilton with veins of mold running through but I'll pass on stuff like sage derby which is like a block of wax a five year old has scribbled on.

So what's your opinion on veiny cheese?
