What is everyone eating for Easter weekend?

Everything I didn't eat for the entirety of Lent.

I gave up meat, so I'll make myself a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel. Then my dad and I will make a traditional Easter frittata. A layer of eggs, then a layer sausage, salami, capicola, and bacon, then a layer of ricotta cheese and cheddar, followed by another layer of the meats and topped off with eggs. I'll also have a barbecue sandwich, probably pulled pork and bacon.

I also gave up sweets, so I'll have some ice cream and cookies. Might make some cookies too.

We're having brown sugar ham baked with pineapple, deviled eggs, sweet potato casserole with pecans on top, crackers with cheese ball, vegetables and maybe fruit, and whatever else we decide on. Dessert is a variety of summer cookie flavors and carrot cake.

Tomorrow good Friday we will only be eating fish so no meats, bought a whole salmon with some nice sides

Lamb roast with garlic, rosemary and red wine. Orange/molasses glazed ham on the grill, corn, asparagus, dinner rolls, riced potatoes with gravy and Pecan Pie with cream for dessert.
