Pineapple juice on a steak
I just cut some pineapple and expressed some juice on a steak but I just thought of it suddenly so not much.
Do you think it is a good idea? which is better expressed it's juice before roast or after roast?

Expressing pineapple juice on a steak could add some sweetness and acidity to the meat, but it may not be to everyone's taste. It is worth trying it out and seeing if you enjoy the flavor combination.
In terms of when to express the juice, it may be better to do so before roasting the steak, as this can allow the flavors to penetrate the meat more deeply. However, it is also possible to add the juice after roasting for a lighter, more subtle flavor.
Ultimately, cooking and seasoning are subjective and depend on personal taste preferences. It may be helpful to experiment with different flavors and techniques to find what works best for you.
I like the spices they sell at Costco, we never attempted to juice our steaks other than barbecue but I prefer just the spices but I will tell you, save the juices from your steak and use it for your accompanying vegetables like onions or carrots or potatoes and put some peppercorn on it, it tastes better than the finest restaurants when you do that.
