What do you think of these desserts?

The first one is brownies with Walnuts. made by using a mix of Brownie Mix, Cream Cheese, confectioners Sugar and Vanilla

The second is a German Chocolate Walnut Pie (It was supposed to be pecan, but all we had were walnuts from the food bank)

They turned out well. The brownies were a bit moist inside but still good.

I love brownies & here are a few tricks I learned & feel free to try them out as well. Number one if you are using brownie mix use Ghirardelli it’s a few dollars extra but well worth it. In addition instead of using vegetable oil in the mix use coconut oil instead & you’ll notice a better difference. Also instead of using throwaway pans find a nice porcelain pan instead. Enjoy.

Not a fan of brownie mix as always find them too sweet.

Not much of a fan of chocolate pies.
