I grew up on many desserts, and they feel as though they'd melt in my mouth. Describe your favorite dessert and your take on the taste (texture, flavoring, decoration).

Personally, my favorite dessert is a tie between cheese cake and baklava

I love chocolate, but perhaps my favorite dessert is key lime pie when it's good -- not too sweet, with a good crust. The best one ever had a macadamia nut crust. Also cheesecake and chocolate mousse.

I really like creme brulee. Crunchy but smooth, sweet but just slightly bitter.
