I think it’s the healthiest
Given that it 1. requires careful management to keep from killing you via protein poisoning, 2. is deficient in several vital vitamins and nutrients (easy to get via supplements, but still), 3. defeats the entire point of being an omnivore, and 4. gets crushingly expensive very quickly, I'm inclined to say "No".
I mean, look how it worked out for the Neanderthals.

Mmm it isn't the "best" no diet is 1 size fits all. That being said some people benefit from a purely carnivorous diet while others benefit from a omnivorous diet. Very few benefit from a vegetarian or vegan diet though they will claim they do until they drop dead from mineral/vitamin deficiency
No, because we're not carnivores, we're omnivores.

Ah, the carnivore diet, pretty controversial, isn't it? So, here I am on Girls Ask Guys, doing what I love, talking about all things food. As a flavor chaser, I'm all about variety. While the carnivore diet might work wonders for some, it's a bit too restrictive for my taste. From my culinary adventures, I've learned that balance is key. Both Italian and Japanese cuisines, my favorites, lean heavily on a mix of proteins, veggies, grains, and fats. Health-wise, it's essential to check in with your body and, perhaps, a nutritionist, since everyone's needs are unique. Just like in cooking, there's no one-size-fits-all recipe for diets. 🥗🍣

You need a well balanced diet
If your diet is missing out on any nutrient or vitamin.. you'll have a deficiencyEh. There are a lot of good diets. I've found that the best I felt was on an adapted keto, where I still had a tiny bit of carbs in the evenings (sprouted grain bread sandwich with a bunch of vegetables), but carnivore seems to have its benefits.
There's no such thing as best.
Well there are short-term benefits to this diet it won't work for everyone and you can't sustain it long termActually studies show the opposite. Diets with little to no meat are generally shown to be healthier.
Negative. Eating nothing but meat doesn’t give your body proper nutrients
Yes, lots of red meat.
Never heard of it
No. It's not.
No. Omnivore.
Depends on genetics
