Vegetarian didn't do her harm. Her own ignorance did. Stop blaming veganism and vegetarian because someone goes vegan/vegetarian and don't know what they are doing.
My guitar teach has the same story but in reverse. She went vegan and it fixed her health.
I am not against Vegetarian. It helped me out a lot. And I am assuming her help improved because she was not eating processed meat and she was eating clean meat.
Of course, your health will improve when you stop eating food from a poor source. But I dont think the carnivore diet is the best diet. I am self-experimenting with my doctor, so I can get side-by-side blood results to compare.
I will probably switch to pescatarian after this experiment because vegetarianism is not for me in the long run. But the vegetarian diet did a lot to improve my life.
I am not a vegan and I only eat the foods to benefit my health.
It's only nice if it's popular. I wouldn't dare trying it before it was mentioned on JRE... if I did, I'd know that it's just another dogma and all you need to do is find which foods work for you personally and which don't, and how, whether they're plants or meats.
I've never tried it, but I know there's a keto carnivore diet. Me and my mom sometimes look at the recipes of what they make but we've never tried it ourselves. It is very interesting though but it's lots of high in fat stuff (plus lots of protein).
I tried it. My cholesterol was high. I suggest you eat just enough you not get hungry. Or eat a lot for lunch so that you can skip the dinner. I lost weight that way. Drink diet Soda if you get hungry.

My brother has tried stuff like this, he was making chicken shakes in a blender and drinking liquified chicken and eating heaps of steaks all the time. He didn't completely go carnivore though.
I have also had a high-protein diet with larger amounts of animal protein.
I do NOT think it's a good idea to go all carnivore, and contrary to Joe Rogan, I DO know why I think this. Animals do not provide enough fiber for one, nor enough of other essential vitamins and micronutrients. It's protein and fat and also not enough carbs. A healthy diet will have some balance and variety to it. Another factor is we are evolved from apes, which are omnivores/herbivores, meaning our guts have been "designed" by historical diet to get nutrition from vegetation, relying on fiber and the things already mentioned. You don't just start feeding a tiger grass, or a cow piles of chicken, because of some fad diet.
Awesome and absolutely logical. I don't know exactly what "carnivore" consist. I eat diary-based and eggs and fish some times. Also, I may eat some fruits and vegetables here and there so I'm not meat only. But so far, love it!
If I eat meat and its derivatives every day, I still won't give up.
