What do you think of the carnivore diet?

I like it too. I think it's much better than eating carbs. I feel so much better physically and mentally since I started on it.

It would take very, very careful management to live as a carnivore and not kill yourself with protein poisoning- and even then, one disruption to the supply chain and it all falls apart.

I do not eat meat, yet I have no issue cooking it for my dog or for others if I have to. It is just not for me, I am too sensitive about animals.

That's understandable. I was vegan once and understand the ethics behind being vegan or vegetarian, but it honestly made me weak and sick. But I do feel bad sometimes when I do eat meat after watching a documentary on what they do to chickens. It's absolutely horrible and I kind of hate myself for being a meat eater but I feel good when I do eat meat vs when I don't.
