How late have you drank coffee?

I used to regularly drink rockstar energy drinks at like 2 am. But that’s because I was working graveyard shifts.

Yup. You have a caffeine tolerance build up. I have one too. Only way to get rid of it is too eliminate drinking caffeine for a week or so. But be prepared for some awful headaches going through withdrawal. Feel like migraines.

Nope. Depending on how much you drink, caffeine will soon have no affect on you whatsoever. I'm at the point where caffeine really doesn't even wake me up any more in the morning. But that also depends on the coffee. Kenyan AA works still along with a special blend of beans I sometimes get from a roaster in Cleveland.

I love coffee, so it's tough. I went to dinner with a group of friends last week and ordered a decaf. I swear they gave me regular. I turned into Chatty Cathy. So embarrassing!
