If I have a moment or I'm on my way home from work, I might occasionally go to a coffee shop, maybe around 4... ish.

I'll drink strong black coffee starting at 4:00 a. m. but I'm done by noon.

Not really a coffee guy. More of a matcha green tea guy. And I drink it all day. I drink about 6 to 8 cups of it a day

I usually don't drink coffee past mid-afternoon, but if we are having cold weather (cold by Florida standards,) I will have a cup of coffee as late as 10 pm. It never seems to keep me awake.

I stop drinking by 11am then I switch to only water. If I need to be up late, I will keep drinking until maybe 2pm

Well, I'm not a coffee addict, but I drink it because I like the taste... mostly as a dessert with milk and/or whipped cream. I can drink it at any time of the day.

Depending on when I need to sleep, I try to stop about 8 hours before I plan to retire for the evening. I just enjoy black coffee and never thought I would as a kid, but I sip it throughout the day.

Really? My goodness. God bless. At your age it was part of our morning ritual as well as a shared treat my college crush and I used to share after classes.

I was lucky to be a natural morning person. We have Starbucks shops on campus. I will, maybe one time a year, get one of the iced drinks there, like the salted caramel one because they are tasty. Never do it for the caffeine.

Oof. You lost me at "salted caramel". I don't put anything in my coffee other than a dash of cinnamon. Why spoil a good thing?

Never drink the stuff. Nothing wrong with those that do. My wife can't function without her morning coffee.. But she only has two cups per day and never in the evening.
