Even if you did, doesn't mean when the time comes to react to a situation that your going to do it as quickly as if you hadn't been drinking.

Why would I take that chance, when my reaction time could mean life or death for some kid or homeless person that happens to j-walk?

I think I would die inside knowing I may have been able to prevent a tragedy, and that is something you have to live with the rest of your life.

I did this a lot. I think I did get better at it the more I did it. I would not recommend this however. I was really lucky I never got arrested and today it is a bigger deal to get busted for drunk.
