Do you act on your craving for food?

Sometimes out of no where I have a craving for cup cakes, and I know it's not something I eat, but I want this dessert so badly that it doesn't matter where I am I go straight to the grocery store and buy the darn cup cake, then my craving is gone.

I can totally relate to what you just posted. I know I have a weakness for sweets, so I do my best to just tell myself follow my shopping list and run lol. It's crazy how my mind works, that compulsiveness lingers and whether I need it or not I give into the sweets. Enjoy your wonderful day. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this topic. 🙂
