Usually my inner voice is like, “Noooooo, we shan't!” And, usually I’m like, “Ughhh, you’re right. Maybe another time.”
But I do allow myself to indulge occasionally and I’m like, “You know what? Let’s have pizza today. A whole pizza. Yeah. Let’s have that.” 😂
Only when I know that I want to. I have crazy restraint when it comes to food. I could legit eat so much junk food one day and then fast for over 20 hours the next day. I have a weird ability to tolerate hunger pangs like it's nothin.
Makes getting in shape pretty easy when I want to. Plus once hormones are stabilized, you don't have the junk food cravings anymore. It has gotten to the point where I forgot extreme junk food existed due to not eating it for so long.
Yep! If I ban myself from giving into my cravings I tend to go into a binging spree later on. So what I do is I just listen to my body and let it eat whatever it wants as long as it’s in moderation. Plus I workout at least 4x a week anyway so Imma need a lot of food to keep my body functioning.
Then there goes my diet...😩😥mean how can you say no to ice cream? can you?😕
Pizza is also one for me🥲but ice cream is my true love... i can workout more but can't say no to ice creams

I mean yes and no. So I don't actually get cravings for food often and I am one who rarely feels hungry (A lot of times I just don't eat because of this) however if am to eat it's always something unhealthy.
Now it's not because I have a craving but because since I don't feel hungry to justify it I need it to be tasty.
Now if it comes to drinking pop and stuff that I do crave since I do indeed get thirsty like anyone else.
Yeah, it's the best way to stay on your diet believe it or not. Diets aren't about denying yourself. They're about doing more right then wrong. Too many people make things harder than they need to be on themselves. It's about the process, not about punishing yourself.
Yeah I don’t think denying yourself is a good idea either. Those people’s diets may backfire and they may end up binging on the food they crave.
Exactly! It took me a while failing before I figured that. Secondly too many people give up too quickly on dieting. Small changes of a long period of time can make a world of difference. But I get it, if you're fat you want to lose it RIGHT NOW!
Not too often, since I don't usually have snacks in the house, drink only most days, and have to make every meal/dessert myself. I don't eat out, and prefer real food over snacks anyways. That said, I don't limit what I eat in meals, so even though I eat somewhat healthily, the meals are hearty and not low on fat. It also comes down to laziness and stinginess.
A small amount,.. I do. If I have more than enough funding, I do go for take out once in awhile and/or a non-healthy beverage.
Most of the time I'll try and stay away from that and focus on what I should be consuming like fruit, vegetables and try and drink plenty of water. I also drink milk. Nothing wrong with milk. If you are trying to cut back on the fat,... I personally think 0% milk is good.
I try my best to stick to a routine when eating, if I ever crave food I usually just drink water or eat a piece of fruit and I feel better afterwards

Most of the time. It depends on my schedule. If I don't have enough time to go get what I want then I just suffer and revert to other stuff.
Mostly when I PMS, I would buy it, eat a little then tucked away for the next 10 yrs… till I found it then had to throw out.
I'm quite good at self control when it comes to food or drinks even if I want them really badly. Of course I'm not perfect so I slip sometimes.

Only when Im high and even then it has to be if I didn't eat a big meal before then.
