Also, has anyone put olive oil in their coffee? Did you like it?
Medium-dark.
I do prefer something between medium and dark.
My favorite is Eight O' Clock Coffee - Colombian Peaks variety.
It's quite full bodied and robust.
Medium coffees taste awfully thin to me.
Dark coffees seem to have a rather "flat" taste, to my palate.
I don't believe that olive oil is something that I would like in my coffee, but I have been most agreeably wrong before, and surely shall again.
At what ratio do you include olive oil in your coffee?
I shall give it a try.
EVOO or just any olive oil?

I prefer medium roast coffee. Why would anyone put oil in their coffee? I heard about putting salt in coffee to remove the bitter taste but I've never heard of oil in the coffee
I actually prefer a nice medium roast, cold brew coffee. As it brings a slight complexity to the taste. The latest batch that I'm using has tastes of chocolate, peanut butter, molasses and dried cherry.
Light roast for max caffeine.
Good enough beans are drank straight. Otherwise, double-double that shit.

Straight black coffee, no cream or sugar. I would say dark over light every day, but there is such a thing as too dark... but too dark is better than too light... but any coffee is better than no coffee.
