In summer I brew hot coffee and store it in a pitcher in my fridge. I drink it cold with milk in it. But when it's cool outside, I drink hot coffee. I do the same with tea minus the milk and add lemon and lime.

Everyone has different tastes. But I grew up on hot coffee. Iced coffee is a newer thing. I'd see adults drinking coffee at night as a beverage. Iced coffee the way it's served at coffee shops is almost a dessert: whipped creme and shots of this and that.

I just do it straight. And cold coffee is seasonal for me. I like the warm of the coffee when it's colder.

I love coffee. I make at least 3 cups every morning. But I hate it when it is scalding hot. When it's fresh, I usually add a bit of cold, whole milk to cool it off enough to drink. But if the coffee is cool enough not to burn my mouth, I drink it black. I don't even care if it's room temperature.

I don't pay money for coffee drinks.
