How much thc beverage should one consume?

This is new to me. “Marinara” was recently legalized here and I purchased “clr! ty” from my local liquor store. For fun I guess. But I have no idea how much to drink. Lol. It came in 5 mg and 10 mg options. I went with 5 to be safe. Any advice? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would try drinking about 3/4 of it, or 1/2 if you're real scared. You should be prepared for about 4-6 hours of being high, as in not responsible for the safety of others or your own safety. I'm not sure if you've been high before, from your post.

5mg is a decent dosage for being high. 10mg is for people who want to get really high, or who have a tolerance. So drinking most of that and getting 2.5mg-4mg would be a pretty mild dose.

I've had this can (below) for almost a year, just haven't gotten around to drinking it due to responsibilities, &c.

I've ventured across the Red River to try it for myself. I started with the 5mg versions. It was enough to notice for sure. I haven't had the 10mg ones yet, but I have had two 5mg drinks in one sitting. I'd suggest starting with the 5 unless you have prior experiences with "marinara."

I tried tincture once. I started with a half a dropperful which is.5 ml. I felt nothing and tried a whole dropperful. I am not sure how concentrated this stuff is but 5mg should be plenty/

I looked this up and it turns out it is real marinara sauce with thc added. It seems like the use of this will be pretty unscientific. It will be hard to measure how much you are consuming. It looks like if you consume the whole jar you will be consuming 5mg of THC. If it is pure THC 5 mg would be a lot. I do not know what the effect of heat on this does to the potency of the active ingredient.

I don't think heat should affect it negatively. In Cambodia, I had "Happy Pizza" with flower baked on as a topping. It was potent.

Everyone is different, and so are the strains of THC.

That being said, 5mg would most likely do nothing for me. 10mg might be barely noticeable.

If you're fearful, try 5mg and work your way upwards from there.
