What is your favorite ethnic cuisine (or food not from your country)?

There is so much amazing ethnic cuisine here in the U. S.

I love Indian, Thai, Indonesian, Filipino, Chinese, Vietnamese, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and so much more.

But my favorite treat is Korean. Dwaeji bulgogi with all the banchan side dishes. OMG, it's the best! Korean spicy seafood soup is also to die for.
