I had a Veal Parmesan sandwich earlier & I enjoyed it.

I had pasta with eggs instead of beef and the tomato sauce was home made from our backyard garden plants

Smoked some st. Louis ribs and some roasted potatoes.

  Thanks! Also, I forgot that I ate some other carbs with it to give me more energy. I had a very small amount of pretzels & less than a serving honey nut chex without milk.
  
  I usually eat American cheese, 1oz mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, green bell peppers & mushrooms with my eggs in the morning but I'm out & need to go to the store.
