Breakfast was 1.5c (dry) oatmeal, 1c triple 0 vanilla greek yogurt, pint of blackberries.
snack was 4 mandarins and an australian finger lime with a hot fresh "everything" roll
Lunch was a 15-bean vegetarian curry on red and white rice, pint of raspberries, homemade caesar salad,
snack was two rolls, buffalo toom spread, 8oz grapes, three stalks of celery (with greens) with a tablespoon hatch chili hummus
Dinner was shitake mushroom, beef and spinach samosas, cajun spiced shrimp cocktail, side salad of baby greens and arugula
Snack was 2 mandarins and half cup triple 0 vanilla greek yogurt with 2T espresso granola
Today was a cheat day so I ate some mexican rice with chicken & then just ate some frozen pizza for dinner.
I ate broccoli cheddar dino shaped tots, chicken nuggets, ketchup, honey, blizzard from DQ, and then dinner will be manicotti and salad.
