Oatmeal with granola in it and a cafe au lait for breakfast.
For lunch I had a turkey breast with whole grain rice and Italian cut green beans.
For dinner I had baked salmon with broccoli and a protein shake with whey protein, collagen powder, fiber powder powdered peanut butter, milk and spinach.
A protein bar for breakfast. Salmon patties for lunch. Chicken enchiladas for dinner.
I had plain oatmeal with raisins, Greek yogurt & herbal tea for breakfast and for lunch homemade beef and barley with vegetables soup, a banana and herbal tea for lunch. For supper I had two lamb loin chops with mint sauce and a side of peas.
I had coffee for breakfast and lunch.
