How often do you enjoy a glass of wine with a meal?

I serve wine just to fancy dinners. With exception of white wine to fat fishes like salmon or eel, I'm not a big fan of drinking wine to a meal.

4x/wk give or take. I don't drink before races, sometimes that's 4days in the same week. Some weeks I forget to pull out any.
