I often make a bagel and egg sandwich.
- Fry two pieces of bacon and toast a bagel. Butter the bagel when it pops up.
- Fry, salt, and pepper two eggs.
- Stack the eggs on the bagel, then add a slice of cheese, and top it off with the bacon and other half of the bagel.
It's delicious.
