The only time I eat unhealthy food is when I’m celebrating a milestone or socializing at a party or restaurant. My normal food is healthy 100% of the time. I have half unhealthy foods like hummus or almonds but I don’t eat real junk food like pop tarts or mentos candy.
I eat good home cooked meals 99.999% of the time. It's much healthier and you know what is used to cook it

I have been eating more junk food since my stomach and appetite got better. I have a few a night, even though I know I shouldn't. But I'm like "It tastes so good and I haven't had it for so long." LOL
