Your diet is way too heavy for who you are. If you’re a young athlete sure eat like this but you can’t be eating red meat and deep fried stuff with sweet drinks all the time and not exercise like an athlete

Well to be honest I haven't had one in so long I don't think I remember what a good meal is anymore just fast food and eating out everyday draw back so being single
