I'm very conscious of diet and physical activity , its not 100% ideal but its a massive improvement from days gone by , I like the fact its not carb based ( which historically these lunches have been ) , I'd hope that there were no unhealthy options , we have seen some of these school tuckshops highjacked by the likes MacDonald's and others , full sugar sodas , and candy , that's what we dont want , addicting the next generation to sugar and processed.
Yeah, I’m going to be honest I think I’ve had a big problem with sugar and over eating my limit which is why I’m including healthy meals and veggies and fruit.
I believe everything in moderation is okay. I once had this brand called “smartsweets” and it’s all healthy. If you look at their ingredients it’s made all natural
No form of processed food is healthy , and the " moderation " line , is pushed to get you addicted to processed sugar , which we all basically are..
Anyhow , you are young , its great you take an interest , I wish I had been far more interested at a young age , that's great.
You wouldn't give a 5 year old a durrie? This sugar laden stuff , is exactly the same.
It’s not processed and is low sugar. But also what if I have say something sweet once a year and eat healthy all 364 days of the year?

Processed foods , carbs , sugars are todays packet of durries..
NO processed food full stop , and certainly NO processed carbs , and avoid every piece of processed sugar you can , you will still ingest far too much. My advice is incredibly positive and is the key to great health and correct weight. Unlike the USA in general.
What if it’s not processed? My Mandarin teacher gave us a Chinese candy. It’s milk based and it’s only 20 calories! It’s called White Rabbit candy. What about that?
And it includes all natural ingredients in it. But I will not eat anything today or anything sweet.

Well, if you're very physically active, your body might actually need and appreciate a bit more "reinforcements" to get you through the school day.

Yes, it looks good. I made a peanut butter sandwich a hard boiled egg and orange and a pear and a little bag of potato chips.

Grapes, ok. Persian cucumbers or similar, ok. Salad. Ok, but is there some protein in it such as chicken?
There was chicken. I ended up not taking it for lunch. And just not eating today
