I don't use one, I use a knife to peel them (yes, I know this is dangerous, but I don't care).

I have a different type of peeler than you show. Mine has a 'wire' and a roller, that is easier, safer to use.

@Static_In_The_Attic The wire is very thin, and the roller makes it very smooth to peel with. If you find one, you will probably not go back to the standard potato peeler you show. Most grocery stores have them.

I’m making a chickpea vegetable casserole for dinner & I’m getting everything ready ahead a time & I had to peel four potatoes & I was wondering how other people peel potatoes. I mostly peel towards me however when I get to the ends I peel away.
