Well, I don't think pancakes with canned tuna are a culinary enlightenment. Pizza with canned tuna, pineapple or onions is edible because it's composite of dough, tomato sauce and cheese but pancake alone is too bland and it's difficult to gain some good taste from canned tuna alone. Grilled fresh tuna steaks from yellow or blue fin tuna are different, canned tuna is mostly made bonitos which are just bigger mackerels and belong to the same fish family.
