I like my food, such as what you show, to be soft. That looks like when eggs get cooked real fast in grease, they get crunchy around the edge. I don't like that.

I love pancakes but only if I fix them the way I like.

First I put butter all over each one. Then I cut off all of the edges. Then I cut them up into big bite sized pieces. Wait for it... then I take my trusty fork and stab a stack of the bite sized pieces and dip them in warm syrup. Then they are ready to eat.
That's the way I like em.
