Yes, I would. I buy one similar to that in the store every once in a while. It has noodles, chicken, and brown gravy sauce, I think it's called, but really, it tastes just like soy sauce. It has a little spice to it, which gives it a little extra kick. It's not that spicy though. I have GERD and acid reflux disease, so foods that are too spicy land me in the ER. But this never bothers me. I eat it maybe once every couple weeks with some shrimp egg rolls.

Yeah. I'd just make sure it's heated and separated pretty good. Lo mein is one of my favorite noodles next to yakisoba and ramen.

lo means noodle like "ra-mmin" but chow is just the vej and chicken sauce to put on rice.
